5:35 PMBefore taking any action. [ executive session ]
We have returned from executive session where we discussed a number of items with Commissioner Daugherty sitting at the far end of the room and now he's putting it hands down with hand sanitizer because we are all toxic, apparently.

5:35 PMCivil and family courts capacity project. There's no action to be taken today on that item. We did not discuss agenda item 29 at all so there was no discussion in executive session on agenda item number 29 and there's no action, obviously, therefore. Agenda item number 30, however, with regard to chapper rel woods, there is action and Commissioner Daugherty, do you have a motion?

5:36 PMCounty code at and around 15811 and 14901 chaperell drive.
I believe Commissioner Gomez seconded that one. That passes unanimously. Item 31, come to, do you have a motion on that one?
5:37 PMI move we reject the settlement offer made by must -- [indiscernible] to negotiate the terms of a settlement as discussed in executive session for final approval by this court.
We've got a motion by Commissioner Travillion, seconded by Commissioner Shea. All those in favor. That passes unanimously. On agenda item 32 with regard to real estate issue in central north austin I believe this is in precinct 1, so come to, do you have a motion on that regarding authorizing the county Judge To sign a letter of intent in a negotiation, a real estate negotiation in central north austin.
So moved.
