9:12 AMOperations, paul hopingardner.
Good morning, paul hopingardner, executive for technology and operations. It's my pleasure to introduce eric stockton. Eric is a new chief deputy for technology and operations so we're being welcoming him back to travis county. After he graduated from the university of texas with a bachelor's and master's in the lbj school, he came to work for county Commissioner And worked for city of austin and last nine years director of facilities for that organization. In addition, he has an emphasis in strategic planning which you all have heard about and he's a director on the quality texas foundation. So please join me in welcoming eric back to travis county.
9:13 AMWelcome. who was the Commissioner You worked for?
Commissioner Barbara carlson.
Oh, fabulous.
Yeah, it was a great experience. I have fond memories of the county so it was really nice to come back.
Welcome back.
It will give you gray hairs, won't it?
It did. it started early.

9:13 AMThen it got worse at the city.
Thanks for joining us.
9:14 AMThank you.
Really happy to have you.
All right, next we'll go to our consent motion. So we had a few changes from where we were yesterday on the proposal consent motion. Consent motion is designed to receive a unanimous vote of the commissioners court so I will look to my left and right to see if I am wrong and one of the commissioners would like an agenda item laid out before we make a decision.

9:15 AM25, 26, 29, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 39, 40, and 41.
Move approval of consent items.
All those in favor? that passes unanimously. Next we'll go to our list of no action items. These are items that were listed on the agenda for possible action, but we will not take them up to deliberate them or take action. Some additional work is being done behind the scenes. Agenda item number 6 with regard to emergency services, no action necessary today. That's usually a very good sign. And agenda item number 47. And agenda item number 48. Actually I received an email from tenly aldridge saying 47 would be punted. Awesome, I beat staff. [laughter] usually they know better than i, but this time I had one they didn't know. Very proud of myself.
