Judge Eckhardt announced that Item 46 would be considered in Executive Session pursuant to Gov’t. Code Ann. 551.071, Consultation with Attorney and Gov’t. Code Ann. 551.072, Real Property.

MOTION: Authorize the Planning and Budget Office to make automatic transfers to deposit funds satisfying the Special Commissioners' Award into the Registry of the Court, and authorize the County Attorney to proceed to final judgment as discussed in Executive Session regarding Travis County v R. Stephen McNally.

Is it the court's desire to take a vote today? Would you like to take a week to consider? We have three amazing candidates. I do know that the city of austin is also engaged in filling a vacancy on the sobering center. I don't know where they are in their process.
